4 pin laser diode pin out and package

I had the oppertunity to butcher appart a DVD reader head assembly and pull out the laser module along with some interesting components. Because the system supported CD playback aswell the diode had 4 pins instead of 3 - 4th being for the DVD reading laser (red light). Conveniently the diode was mounted to a  PCB with a couple of capacitors on it. To the right i got the pin out for it. I expect the unused point would of been for the burner variant of the package.

So far i think the working voltage is 2v at 0.5 A
